Added some 'dwarf' Riccia onto the Mopani cave. The glolights love hovering over it. The aquascape is starting to grow as well. I have added four Pitbull Plecs (LDA25) to the stocking.

6th March 2007

I moved house on 27th February and had to transfer/transport fish, empty tank, replant and prune.

Good news is that all went well and the plants look great now. I also trimmed most of them and chopped the bottoms off the leggy ones.

The ony bad news is that one of the Glolight Tetras didn't appreciate the move and didn't make it.

I have removed the Blyxa and Ludwigia Repens as they were not doing so well. Some fresh Ludwigia Repens has gone in.

Equipment wise, I now have two Nutrafin cannisters connected to a glass bubble counter which then connects to a glass check valve, before going into a Rhinox 2000 diffuser. I have a
'teardrop' style drop checker which has finally turned a medium green.

Some Malaysian trumpet snails have also been added to help fight algae and turn the sand over a little.

One of the female Black Mollys has been giving birth during this period. the Zebra Danios feast on them over the first few days and the leftover ones are given away.

I have purchased a new cabinet which I put the tank on when we moved it into the new house. I have also ordered a 55W CF starter and tube to try and add some more light.
