The fillet and little glued block have dried and been sanded level with the blank.
The holes for the tuning pegs are drilled and then I line up the tuning pegs to make sure that they are going to be straight when fitted together.
Next I move onto measuring and scoring the frets and then using a junior hacksaw blade cut the fret grooves.

I received some bad news from the buyer for this guitar. He lost his job and will not be able to pay for it. I did get a deposit to cover costs so all is not lost here. I decided to continue on but motivation was a little lost hence the 6 week break since the last entry. If I can sell it then I will give the deposit back to the original buyer however I may have to make a new neck to more standard dimensions.
I got a little careless here and ruined the previous veneer so the veneer you see in these pictures is new.
You can also see I have now cut the binding groove
