greenneedle offers medical industry products, but not limited to the following categories

Since all the products that we offer have a very crucial factor of Hygiene and Customer safety.
Defective & Non-Defective Products: We now accept returns and exchanges for products that are received in a defective or damaged condition or a non-defective condition.
Return Window: Any defect must be reported and returned within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Return Shipping Cost: We offer Free Return Shipping for all verified defective, non-defective, or damaged products within 7 days. No restocking fees will be charged.
Exchanges: We gladly accept exchanges for the same model if the original product received is non-functional or damaged.
We have to be strict about our return policy to keep out Customer’ safety in consideration.
Replacement
However, a customer can raise a Replacement request if He/She has received a damaged product or the product malfunctions under the warranty period and defined usage instructions.
Cancellation
Order Cancellation is only allowed if the order package has not yet been shipped, and the Refund of the invoice order value for the same gets initiated in 0-1 working days and may take up to 5-10 working days to settle back, depending on your mode of payment.
Refund
A refund is only generated in case of cancellation; conditions are mentioned above.
