Description The Salzburg Grain Mill AMADEA – with traditional charm The Amadea grinds all conventional types of grain such as wheat, rye, barley, rice, spelt, amaranth and einkorn quickly and easily from very fine to coarse. And, of course, fresh groats for a healthy breakfast cereal. It is easy to adjust the fineness of the flour by simply turning the adjustment knob on the side, instead of turning the hopper. If particularly hard and large grains such as corn or various types of beans are on your menu, the “Amadea” is not the perfect grinder for this. See  MT 12 Plastic instead of wood – no thanks!
