Our Australian wild bird feather earrings, have been hand made using small feathers discarded by wild birds in our garden or our rural community.  The simplicity of these earrings as well as using a clear, undyed resin, showcases the amazing beauty of Nature.  Setting these dainty and fragile feathers in clear resin showcases the vibrant colour pallet from Nature. These earrings are so light weight [ only weighing approximately 5 grams ] you won’t even know you have them on!! These earrings deliberately sport colourful feathers in order to draw your attention to the beauty of our planet and the need for us to respect, nurture and care for it. We use bio resin, and also new stainless steel findings, in order to reduce our impact on the environment as much as possible. We hand collect, sort and process all the feathers we use.  Sometimes the feathers may be soiled from mud or dirt.  They are carefully and lovingly cleaned and arranged in order to create each unique one off piece.
