Description Beach Plastic Trash Repurposed Into Earrings. Our beach plastic trash repurposed into earrings, have been hand made using pieces of plastic cleared off local beaches. The mix of coloured plastic pieces, set in clear bio resin, showcases the plastic waste found washed up on our beaches or discarded in our waterways. Along with flakes of gold leaf and tiny shells, these pieces of man made waste draw attention to the trash we leave behind. These earrings are so light weight [ only weighing approximately 8 grams ] you won’t even know you have them on!! They deliberately sport marine waste to carry an eco message about caring for our oceans and seas. Why Not Be The Change and Support Our Planet? We use bio resin, and also new stainless steel findings, in order to reduce our impact on the environment as much as possible. The resin we used for these earrings has a bio base of  77% and has a low VOC [ odourless and contains no solvents] and is PBA free. For more information, click here. We hand collect, sort and hand wash all the plastic and synthetic waste we use.  All the debris we use has been washed up on our beaches or collected and taken out of our waterways. It is then carefully and lovingly cleaned and arranged in order to create each unique one off piece.
